Dr. Contento was raised in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated Elon University with a BS in biology. He attended podiatry school and residency in Philadelphia, PA. Before joining InStride Gaston Foot & Ankle, he practiced for eight years in Columbus, Ohio. He and his wife Natalie reside in Gastonia with their three young children. He is actively involved in his children's sports and activities. Dr. Contento also enjoys traveling, cooking, fishing, hiking and open water diving.
