I keep spraining my ankle what can I do to prevent this from happening?

If you continue to reinjure your ankle likely you have either never recovered from your original injury and or you may have a structural or functional problem that has never been addressed.

First, if you are not properly rehabilitated from your original injury you are more prone to reinjure yourself.  If  you do not follow thru with proper exercise and strengthening your risk increases. In addition, many patients have a foot type that is not properly aligned. This predisposes you to pressure and stress in the wrong place increasing your risk for injury especially if you have a stand up job or are very physically active.
